Guo Zizheng, male, Ph.D., is a professor. He has long been engaged in teaching, research and popularization of semiconductors, spintronics and nanomaterials. He has chaired or participated in the programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Natural Science Foundation of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the Science and Technology Planning Project of Guangdong Province, and many scientific and technological projects of Guangzhou. He has published more than 140 academic papers. His current research interests include limit properties of ultra-thin semiconductors, history of science, and media-assisted teaching.
